Brilliant picture! Even the detail of its “teeth”. Where in the intertidal zone did you find it?
Hey, lower intertidal but not especially deep. Only the second time I’ve seen one!
Thanks for the info, great find that is! Very interesting creature. Did you bring it home? Would be nice and small for an aquarium?
Good luck
Hi Marius, no, my aquarium has been in limbo for a couple of months now, not looking to great. Hope to change the lighting and start over in earnest very soon. This fish might be a bit too secretive for the aquarium….cheers, Mick
Hi Mick,
Yeah might get harrassed too much by others. But would surely be interesting to observe. Good luck with the lights would like to see it all in action. How is the chiller going for you? Think I might need to invest in one for the summer.
All the Best
Marius
Nice picture – Google bilder picks up your picture on 16th among others!
No pictures from Arctic rocky shores yet?
Hey!
will post some pics from Norway soon. Rock pooling was a bit of a shambles though, wrong timings and very steep shore with very cold water!
